Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about Ungeniert: entry, shoes, lockers, no-phone rule, coming alone, age, dress code, waiting list, refunds and price.

Until what time can I get in?

We open the doors at 21:00 and celebrate for as long as the night carries us. Entry is possible until 00:00. If you plan to arrive later, please contact us in advance at info@libelle.at – without prior arrangement we can't let you in after midnight.

Can I come in street shoes?

No. Street shoes are unfortunately not allowed. Please bring clean indoor shoes if you'd like to wear shoes – or go barefoot or in socks. Your outfit can, of course, be thought through right down to the shoes.

Are there lockers and a shower?

Yes, there are lockers and a shower. The number of lockers is limited, though – sharing is caring. Best come without much luggage, so there's enough space for everyone.

Can I use my phone or take photos?

No. For your privacy, there is a strict no-phone rule and an absolute no-photo policy throughout the entire event. Phones are taped over at the entrance. Only the moment matters. Anyone who breaks this rule has to leave the event.

Can I come alone?

Yes, very welcome. Many of our guests come alone. If it feels better to have someone by your side on your first visit, turn to the hosts or the team at the entrance – they'll show you around and answer your questions. You can recognise the Awareness Team by their fairy lights.

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes – but every person needs their own ticket and must have completed the registration themselves. Tickets are personal and cannot be passed on. If you want to come together, both of you register; feel free to mention it in the questionnaire PRÜFEN: whether joint registration or a companion field exists in the system.

How old do I have to be?

The minimum age is 21. We check this during registration and may ask for ID at the entrance.

What do I wear?

Anything that makes you shine: leather, lace, latex, elegance, extravagance, fantasy. Not allowed: everyday, generic, careless outfits – white shirt, jeans, regular trousers. For inspiration there's a Pinterest board with outfit examples, accessories and make-up. More nudity than in the pictures is always allowed. Fairy lights are for the Awareness Team only. All details under Dress code.

Can I change on site?

Yes. If you change on site, show us a photo of your look at the door. Without a matching outfit there's no entry and no refund – so better ask beforehand if you're unsure.

How do the waiting list and guest list work?

After buying your ticket you are first placed on the waiting list. From there we put together the guest list, making sure the mix of guests is well balanced. As soon as you're on the guest list, you receive your ticket email. If you don't get a spot, we refund the full amount. The whole process is explained under Registration.

Will I get my money back?
  • If you don't get a guest-list spot: yes, the full amount.
  • If you are refused at the door because of the dress code or door policy: no.
  • If you don't show up: no.
  • If the event is cancelled: yes, the full amount.

All details are in our Terms & ticket conditions.

How long does approval take?

Our team reads every registration personally – this usually takes a few days. Shortly before an event it can take longer because many registrations arrive at once. So it's best to register early, not the day before the party.

How much is a ticket?

The price is listed with each event. There is no box office – tickets are only available in advance via Registration.

Do I have to fill out the questionnaire every time?

No. If you've already completed the registration process and move respectfully at our events, you can buy a ticket directly with your personal link.

What about alcohol, drugs and smoking?

Come cheerful, but not lost – entry ends where clarity is missing. We value responsible drinking and do without illegal drugs. Consent needs a clear head. PRÜFEN: is there a smoking area? If so, where.

Do I have to have sex or join in anything?

No. It can be about sex, but it doesn't have to be. You always decide for yourself and don't have to join in anything. But you should be able to accept that other people may get intimate with each other. Everything about this under Awareness & Consent.

Who do I turn to if I feel uncomfortable?

The Awareness Team – recognisable by their fairy lights. They are visible, approachable and present all night. You can also turn to the organisers, the people at the bar or at the entrance.
